Music Projects

David used to be a semi-professional pianist and dabbles around with song writing and music production in his spare time (as if there is such a thing).  If you are really bored, and have nothing better to do than surf the net all day, why not have a listen to some of the music he has created over the years:

	Flying Without Wings Show Have a look at this snippet from David's theatre show 'Flying Without Wings' - a boy band show created by David.  This is 'Let Me Entertain You' - the opening song to the show, performed at Weymouth Pavilion on Friday 15th September, 2006.  (David's the one on the left.)
	Beat It! - True Colours This is David's favourite of all his musical creations.  Beat It were a teenage pop group and this is their own version of Cindi Lauper's True Colours.  The track is completely a cappella! Everything you hear on the track was created completely with voices - even the drums!!  Beat It were a fabulous group of performers and the best singers David has ever worked with.  Sadly, they have now split up, but their music lives on.
	Beat It! - Rock 'n' Rollin' Is Everything Beat It have done it again - an absolutely awesome track.  Written and produce by David Days, with guitar work by Jez Lee, and great vocals from the band.  This was Beat It's last record before they split.  Great song.  Great recording.  Great group.
	Beat It with the Wyke Regis Junior School Choir David wrote this song in his early years of teaching for his Year 6 class when they left junior school.  It's a beautiful song about moving on and brings back many happy memories for both him and the children.
	Break Away This is an original pop song that David wrote and produced for his boy band back in 2005.  It still remains one of David's favourite songs.  David wishes to thank Chris Jones for his original inspiration.
	Ballad Pour Adeline Click here to hear David play the piano.  Ballad Pour Adeline is a lovely instrumental track written by Richard Clayderman.
	Always On My Mind As well as managing, writing and producing for other bands, David also just enjoys playing the piano for fun.  Here is David's solo piano and vocal performance of 'Always On My Mind' which he recorded for his lovely wife Fiona.
